• Be a safety leader – support and adhere to all standards and procedures and operate with safety as a value.
• Facilitate daily Kearl Asset production planning and alignment meetings.
• Communicate production plan and throughput commitments across asset teams daily.
• Ensure alignment between business teams and shifts on production goals.
• Communicate updates that impact the production plan and evaluate options in real time to best manage changes in the operation.
