A Day in the Life

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead the operational transformation of our manufacturing area, reporting directly to the Production Manager. Your mission is to orchestrate high-impact strategies that maximize our installed capacity and technical efficiency, ensuring that every product we create meets the promise of quality and innovation of L'Oréal Groupe.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design and Execute Manufacturing Strategies : You will lead the execution of the annual production plan to meet demand with a focus on agility and simplicity.
